Use case
For testing purposes, it is often necessary to delete an authentication session. We will see how to remove it from our admin console and ZScaler back-office.
Prerequisites
Before starting, ensure that you have the following prerequisites:
- Access to Cloudi-Fi Admin Console
- Access to Zscaler Admin Console
1. Get token information from Cloudi-Fi
- Log into Cloudi-Fi Admin console
- Navigate to Users > Authentications
- Copy the Token
2. Locate the user
- Log into Zscaler Admin Console.
- Go to the Administration -> User Management.
3. Remove the user
- Search for the user token copied in the prior step.
- Click on the pen and then delete.
4. Activate
Go to Administration > Activate
5. Clean-up user device
- On the guest device, delete all cookies, disconnect from the Wi-Fi, and forget the SSID of the hotspot.
