Definition: a record of events and changes performed by an administrator in the Admin Console

Accessible via Admin Console Administrators Audit Logs

Storage location - Cloudi-fi servers

Duration of storage - during the period of the customer subscription.

Authentication logs

Definition: a record of Guest user's authentications to the captive portal

Accessible via Admin Console Visitors Authentification

Storage location - Cloudi-fi servers

Duration of storage - according to the location country (configured in the Admin Console Locations Country), we applied local regulations. Feel free to contact us with any specific concerns about your country at privacy@cloudi-fi.com.

A purge script is launched monthly, and data are retained or deleted according to the country's regulations.

Web browsing logs

Definition: web transactions performed by Guest users

If you route your Guest traffic to Zscaler:

Accessible via Zscaler tenant Analytics Web Insights Logs

Storage location - Zscaler

Duration of storage - logs is stored by Zscaler for one year regardless of the Customer and country regulations.

If you don't use Zscaler and you transfer your weblogs to Cloudi-fi:

A compilation is done by Cloudi-fi between the authentication log (managed by Cloudi-fi) and web browsing logs (received from you). To allow this compilation, send your Guest web browsing logs to our SYSLOG servers.

Accessible via Admin Console Visitors Audit Logs

Storage location - Customer equipment and Cloudi-fi SYSLOG servers. For the matching between the log received by you and the Client concerned, Cloudi-fi relies on MAC addresses or AccesPoint IPs/names.

Duration of storage - same as Zscaler, Cloudi-fi store web browsing logs (on his Cloudi-fi SYSLOG servers) for one year.
