This article provides Radius and Syslog servers configurations to enable Cloudi-Fi’s captive portal solution.
1. Radius settings
You can get the radius secret by asking in the Chatbot, Cloudi-Fi’s Support team will provide you with the necessary information.

2.1. Syslog issue
After setup and verification that your logs correctly leave your firewall, if you have empty logs on your Cloudi-Fi dashboard, please run a packet capture of the syslog traffic and share it with Cloudi-Fi's support team, we will review it to resolve any potential issues.
