Cloudi-Fi's newest update offers bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features.
Release date: October 28, 2026 - 10 AM to 2 PM CET (No service interruption expected).
Features and enhancements
New modules now Stable
The redesigned administration modules are out of Beta and now open by default in the Administration console.
The following modules are now Stable:
- Portals > Templates
- Portals > Campaigns
- Import / Export
- Plans
- Policies > NAC
- NAC Providers
- VPN Logs
Your existing configuration is kept. The previous versions of Templates and Campaigns stay available under Legacy until the next release, then they will be removed.
Zscaler ZIdentity (OneAPI): migration required
Legacy Zscaler activations must be migrated to ZIdentity (OneAPI). Administrators can convert an existing legacy activation directly from the Administration console.
The Cloudi-Fi support team started migrating tenants in September and has already migrated many of them. If the support team has not contacted you yet, please reach out to Cloudi-Fi Support as soon as possible to start your migration.
Access Logs
Access Logs now runs on a rebuilt log backend. The list, search, filters and details panel have also been redesigned.
Networks > Activity
The Networks > Activity page has been rebuilt. DHCP activity is now faster to search and easier to investigate.
What's included
- Filters by event time and event type
- Detail panel to inspect an event without leaving the list
- Export of filtered activity to Microsoft Excel (
.xlsx) - Refresh button to load the latest events
Session and account duration set in policies
Durations are now managed in your policies:
- Session duration is set in the privilege policy and defines when authenticated sessions expire.
- Guest account duration is set in the registration policy and replaces the maximum duration previously defined on user profiles.
We recommend reviewing both settings in your policies, especially if you used different durations per portal template or per profile.
Other improvements
- User Accounts: new "Creation date" search filter
- API keys: minimum and maximum validity displayed when creating a key
- Portals > Templates and Portals > Campaigns have been updated

- Fixed searches in DHCP activity that returned an error, and the device count missing for DHCP-perimeter groups.
Administration
- Fixed an error when editing a team.
- Fixed the Lobby users page for administrators allowed to view all users, and improved Lobby import performance.
- Fixed PEM certificate import when creating a NAC certificate provider.
RADIUS
- Fixed an issue where RADIUS authentications from Alcatel-Lucent equipment were rejected.
