Explains the meaning of location status indicator colours in the Cloudi-Fi admin interface.
Overview
This documentation explains the meaning of location status indicator colours in the Cloudi-Fi admin interface. The location status is determined based on four key parameters, and different colours are used to provide an instant overview of the system's performance. This guide will help users understand the significance of each colour and its corresponding status.
Parameters for location status Ccalculation
The location status is calculated from the following four parameters:
- Traffic from the Last 30 Minutes: The current traffic within the last 30 minutes
- Traffic for the Same Period on the Previous Weekday: A comparison of traffic for the same 30-minute timeframe on the previous weekday
- Total Number of Sessions for the Previous Weekday: The overall number of sessions recorded on the previous weekday
- Calendar Days (GMT): Days are considered calendar days based on Greenwich Mean Time.
Location status indicator colors
Different colours represent a location's status, indicating whether everything is running smoothly or if there are issues. Here is what each colour means:
-
Grey: No activity in the last seven days. The location is ready to use (provisioning completed).
-
Green: Traffic is OK, with similar conditions as last week.
-
Blue: New active location with traffic seen for less than a week (location in learning mode).
-
Yellow: Location not ready, under-provisioning.
-
Orange: No active sessions on a quiet timeframe. A quiet timeframe is labelled as such when it receives less than 10% of the daily traffic or full-day sessions are less than 100.
-
Red: Traffic is not OK. There are no active sessions on a busy timeframe, traffic has dropped more than 50% compared to last week's time, or there is a provisioning failure.
-
Purple: No traffic was seen for over three days, while some traffic was seen before.
