Review of the distribution of configurations between IPSec / DHCP nodes.
Change description
Update the configuration to distribute Customer configurations between IPSec / DHCP nodes, thus avoiding loading all configurations on every node and saving resources.

December, 14th from 7:00pm (CET) to 8:00pm (CET) -> December, 18th from 7:00pm (CET) to 8:00pm (CET)
Impact
Limitation of IPSec terminators to those provided in the administration interface and no longer on the online help (e.g. a location configured in the US will only be able to establish its IPSec connection on US nodes)
