Simplification of the communication channels
Before you had access to 3 to 4 main points of contact
- Mailing list - Send an email to support@cloudi-fi.com
- Chat - Discuss (live) with Support team
- Ticket - Open a Ticket from Admin Console (Help > Contact Support) or from our Support tool (Help > Helpdesk)
From 14 March 2023, we will offer only 2 main points of contact

Making it simple for our administrators: all your tools in one place
Prior to this update, Cloudi-Fi offered different interfaces for Administration of your Guest subscription, to access the knowledge base, and for ticketing creation and management.
From the 14th of March 2023, everything will be accessible from one location, your Admin Workspace (Help > Helpdesk). This will allow you to
- Read and share our documentation easily (public link will remain available)
- Raise a ticket from the same page
- Follow your ticket history (and the one linked to your organisation)
Follow articles you are interested in and get notified
From 14 March 2023, it will be possible to follow easily articles or sections you are interested in. It means that when you follow an article or section of articles, you’ll get an email notification when specific updates are made to it! This ensures you are updated about the latest important changes without searching for them.
A dedicated section for new Release and Major Incidents will be created (to allow you to be kept up to date).
You can follow the articles section. Then when a new article/comment is added, you receive a notification
